From Albertville on Highway 431:
Take Beulah Road (at the CVS intersection) to Highway 168; turn left onto Highway 168

From Boaz on Highway 431:
Take Highway 168 (at the Walgreens intersection); pass through the four-way stop at Highway 168 and Beulah Road.

A short distance past the Goat Auction billboard  on Highway 168 is the DeKalb County line.  Immediately past the DeKalb County line turn right onto County Road 398, which is a dirt road.  This road will take you directly to the shelter.
